Mitchell Karangekis is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Augmentation Consulting Group Inc., where he drives operational strategy with a focus on project and process management. A former Special Operations Combat Medic, Mitchell brings a background in high-stakes decision-making to every initiative. His career highlights include leading complex efforts in project management, process optimization, and AI implementation across healthcare and technology sectors. Outside of work, Mitchell enjoys hiking, golfing, and spending time with his wife and son.
Richard Tillotson
Richard Tillotson is a Co-Founder and the Chief Operating Officer at Augmentation Consulting Group Inc., where he leads the optimization of internal processes, training systems, and knowledge management to enhance performance and ensure the delivery of a consistent, high-quality service. A former Special Operations Team Leader, Ricky excels at upholding organizational standards while developing team members to perform at their highest potential. Throughout his career, he has led organization-wide process improvement initiatives across multiple departments while simultaneously managing operations for a hardscape construction company. Outside of work, Ricky enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time with his family and their dog.
Jordan Suter
Jordan Suter is the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Augmentation Consulting Group Inc., where he leads the company’s financial strategy and drives sustainable growth through strategic planning and risk management. With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, Jordan plays a key role in shaping the firm’s long-term vision and operational excellence.
Outside of work, Jordan enjoys golfing, traveling, watching the Oregon Ducks play football, and—most of all—spending quality time with his family.
