Augmentation Consulting Group helps companies modernize how they operate, using AI, agentic workflows, and process management. We sit between strategy and software, and we're accountable for both.

Why we exist

Most companies are offered two kinds of help with AI. Consulting firms deliver strategy decks that stop short of working systems. Software vendors deliver tools that assume your processes are already sound. Neither is responsible for whether the business actually runs better.

We built Augmentation Consulting Group to close that gap. We work the way an architect works on a building: we study how the space is really used, design the structure, and stay involved through construction, so what gets built is what the business needed.

That means we'll often tell you the first problem isn't AI at all. It's a handoff nobody owns, a process nobody wrote down, or data nobody trusts. We fix those first, because AI scales whatever it's given.

Mitchell drives the firm's strategic direction and oversees delivery of client outcomes.

Richard Tillotson

Co-Founder & Partner

Richard Tillotson co-founded Augmentation Consulting Group and focuses on managing internal operations, training systems, knowledge management, and partnership development. A former Special Operations Team Leader, Richard applies military-grade operational discipline to the firm's internal processes and external relationships. His background includes leading organization-wide process improvement initiatives across multiple departments and managing operations in complex, fast-moving environments.

Robert McQueen serves as Chief Operating Officer of Augmentation Consulting Group, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the consistent delivery of the firm's methodology across all client engagements. Robert brings deep operational leadership experience to the role, with a focus on execution quality, team performance, and scalable delivery systems that allow ACG to serve clients at enterprise scale without compromising rigor.

Every engagement moves through the same five phases: discovery, process mapping, data intelligence, AI integration, and continuous optimization. Each phase ends with a concrete deliverable, so you always know where things stand and what comes next.
